Chris and his team fixed a problem that had been plaguing me for years. After having a horrible home inspection done where the inspector and his son glossed over important issued, ignored safety concerns and used incorrect images to identify problems in areas they also mislabeled, Chris' people isolated to correct problems and identified the actual culprit of a smell from under the house. The home inspector stated rat feces was at play but these guys found a huge broken pipe that the home inspectors didn't even mention! Bio Safety Hazzard is your absolute first and only call for any of these issues like leak clean up, rodent clean up and so much more. They are smart, funny and courteous. After they finished mu issue I referred them to my sister and they helped her with a rodent issue that her land lord had ignored for years. They know their stuff and they go the ABSOLUTE extra mile! I was not only impressed but relieved! These guys are IT. Go no further!

I got the place we are renting mold tested and the results were not ideal. Chris got back to me with an inspection date very quickly. He had excellent communication on when he would be arriving. Chris went above and beyond the call of duty during the free inspection, especially considering he could probably tell from my face that the property owner is not likely to fix the issues (aka Chris wouldn't make money off this but he still got filthy going under the house so I could have the answers I needed to make an informed decision on what to do next for my family). What an upright guy. Has even been answering questions I have after the fact, promptly and thoroughly. If I was a homeowner I would 100% trust Chris to get the job done. Unfortunately in this case it's not up to me.

Bio Safety Clean was great! They took care of our mold problem. Their price is very reasonable. But what we were most impressed by is the estimate sheet. Very detailed and organized. With all kinds of the estimates we have received in our life, it was the best one. The crew was great too. I overheard Brandon(I think that's his name) talking to other guy explaining how to cut out drywall according to the size how they are sold at the stores. That may be common, but I was still impressed. Chris, the owner, was great too. I texted him late evening about my concern, which I totally forgot to mention ahead of time, but he responded and took care of it.

Called this company after a family emergency and Chris answered first try. He was able to meet the very next morning to walk through the house and give a free estimate. We decided to move forward and Chris and his team were able to schedule us that same week. Very responsive, quick to schedule, empathetic and understanding of our situation. We are thankful for Chris and his team and couldn't have done this work without his professional approach and expertise. Thank you Chris!

Bio Safety Clean were easy to work with, responsive and friendly. The two employees who came to are home worked quickly and efficiently and were very friendly and respectful of our pets and out living situation (my wife and I were both working from home the entire time they were there and needed not to be disturbed). I would definitely recommend them for all of your mold remediation needs.

Highly recommend this company. Chris was very responsive and accommodating, even shifting plans to give me an estimate the same day I called. Brendan and Daniel did a great job. I especially appreciated the whole teams honesty--gave me a fair price and didn't try to make the job bigger than it needed to be. If you need mold remediation, these guys will not disappoint!

I need mold/water remediation done in a bedroom that had water damage and mold. Chris (the owner) came out and was professional and very informative on the entire process. The guys came out to start the process , they also were very professional and knowledgeable of the whole process from start to finish. Everything went very smoothly and I couldn't be happier with the results. I will recommend him to anyone needing these services.

Chris responded right away to my Yelp request for an inspection and came out to look at my college daughters townhouse which had experienced a flood in her kitchen within 2 days of contact. We are extremely concerned that the flood created wood rot and mold in the cabinets and under the laminate floor. He took readings with his equipment and provided expert information on the mold sitand remediation information. I highly recommend Chris!
